: As a dentist, it is very important to know the occlusal relationship of primary dentition so that any malocclusion in permanent can be predicted at early stages and corrected accordingly by orthodontic treatments. The ideal occlusion spacing acts as mirror for prevalence dentition. aim study was assess relationships between canines molars spacings among group 3-6-year-old children. A total 120 children, comprising 60 boys girls aged 3-6 years irrespective race socioeconomic status were randomly selected. examination done using pen light mouth mirror. assessment will only on children who are healthy free from extensive caries would affect mesiodistal or occluso-gingival dimension tooth and, therefore, influence characteristics. molar canine assessed Foster Hamilton criteria with teeth centric occlusion.
